Sender uploaded false/fake proof of payment, what do I do?

Solution

Raise a Ticket to Support under category; urgent , stating the following:

  • Sender's name
  • Phone number
  • Amount.

We will take it from there. Please be assured that when we conclude our investigation, we will immediately re-pair you with someone else and full penalties imposed on the offender
